  The client of this case is from Saudi. This Saudi company is a knowledge-based services company locating in the center of CBD. Although the size of the company is small, but a majority of its employees are intellectuals who are well-educated.

Project Challenge

  Our Saudi client is from a company that is knowledge-oriented, so most of its customers are highly educated elites. At the same time, the company of our Saudi client is a company full of humanistic care. The company pay attention to the working environment of its employees. In consider of all this, the Saudi company has high requirements for the confortability the office furniture that fits the modern style. And to match the aesthetic of their customers, the company has a high requirement about the full set of the furniture offered to their office, hoping that the supporting office tables and chairs designed and produced by us should not only be comfortable and practical, but also conform to the simple and advanced office style of the company to receive and serve high-end talent customers. So in order to satisfy the requirements from our customers, we not only need to manufacture the office furniture according to their requirements, but also need to come up a solution for them. Solution

According to the demand of our Saudi clients, we made several solutions as follows:

1.Conference room

The company flat management of the company, the employees want a free and comfortable conference room for discussing. So we decided to offer them modular designed lounge sofa in small size. The sofa chair is light and is easy to be carried around. This sofa chair can turn the office environment into a more relaxed one.

2.Reception room

In the reception area, we matched the round coffee table and sofa chairs according to the simple and modern office style of the client’s company. The round coffee table takes up only a small area, but it can place a lot of things, which is a good solution to the problem of insufficient office space. This solution helps Saudi customers make better use of their office space.

3.Office area

Our solution equips the working space with a sofa chair. The standing desk in the executive room is height-adjustable. In according to the company's humanistic company culture, we provided the company's with ergonomics adjustable desks for office use and a sofa chair that can be converted into a bed is supplied to match with the desks.

4.Relaxing area

In the relaxing area, we offered a creative solution of using office furniture in bright color like green and orange which can brighten people’s mood. What’s more, we also supplied  sofas with chaise lounge in L-shaped that is designed particularly for the corner areas. At the same time, we also make full use of the corner area, we offer single sofa chairs to allow the employees to rest at any time and any place in company.
