Developed by a leading rail transit group, this mixed-use business complex features twin Grade A office towers, providing a contemporary setting for a modern workplace. Hongye Furniture Group furnished the mid-level management offices, meeting rooms, and dining areas. Hongye created contemporary, custom-shaped furniture tailored to the project's complex spatial requirements, balancing functionality with a refined, cohesive aesthetic.

#Reception Area

Designed for visitors and clients, the reception lounge features modular seating in a fresh palette of blue and white. Soft upholstery and rounded silhouettes bring a sense of comfort to the bright interior, creating a calm, inviting place to wait.

Extending beyond the lobby on the same floor, the space brings together a reading corner, a refreshment area, and relaxed seating. Whether enjoying a book, a drink, or a quiet conversation, visitors can take a welcome pause from the pace of business.

Soft curves, light wood tones, and warm-toned seating create a calm, contemporary setting for daily work and small meetings.

All furniture features Formica laminate surfaces and ENF-grade core panels, selected to support a healthier working environment for management teams. Bespoke forms move beyond conventional rectangular designs, with custom-molded detailing at many corners to create smooth transitions and a cohesive aesthetic.

A complementary arrangement of open shelves and sliding-door cabinets provides room for documents, books, and display items, keeping the office organized while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic.

A light-toned conference table with softly rounded corners pairs with warm tan upholstered chairs, creating a professional yet welcoming setting for discussion. Integrated tabletop cable-access covers keep connections discreet, while the coordinated finishes carry the design language of the management offices into the meeting space.

A spacious conference table combines a light woodgrain top with a darker base, bringing warmth and contrast to the meeting space. Rounded corners soften its substantial form, while a contrasting central strip incorporates discreet cable-access covers for a clean, organized tabletop.

Mustard-toned chairs with padded seats and segmented back cushions add warmth to the neutral interior. Black frames and armrests provide a crisp visual contrast, completing a cohesive setting for team discussions and formal meetings.

#Canteen

Pale green seating, light-toned tables, and upholstered banquettes create a fresh, welcoming setting for everyday dining. The dining tables feature imported sintered stone tops, offering resistance to heat and scratches while handling everyday grease and frequent cleaning with ease.

From dining tables and chairs to banquette seating and bar-height tables throughout the floor, Hongye combined precise customization with large-scale production. Coordinated delivery across the full furniture package ensured completion in line with the project schedule.

Centered around a generous round table, the private dining room pairs light wood and softly patterned stone with warm orange seating. The vibrant accents bring warmth and character to the understated palette, moving beyond the formality of traditional business dining.
