The building features spacious and efficient office floor plates of approximately 2,300 sqm, providing tenants with the flexibility to create tailored work environments that promote productivity, collaboration, and a strong corporate identity.

Hongye provided a comprehensive office furniture solution for the office project, supporting the client from space-planning consultation and product selection through to customized furniture production and delivery coordination. The scope included ergonomic workstations, executive desks, meeting tables, storage cabinets, office seating, and soft-seating solutions, all selected to create a cohesive and efficient workplace. With flexible customization capabilities, Hongye helped maximize the available floor space while ensuring the office environment reflected a professional, modern, and comfortable corporate image.

#Office Design 01

This open-plan workstation area was designed to accommodate a high number of employees while maintaining clear circulation and individual work privacy. Hongye supplied modular cubicle workstations with light-gray desktops, dark-gray fabric privacy panels, and durable aluminum frames, creating a clean and professional visual contrast with the warm wood-look flooring.

The workstations are arranged in efficient back-to-back clusters around a central aisle, allowing the team to move smoothly between seating areas. Each cubicle includes an integrated cable-management provision and is paired with an ergonomic task chair, supporting a more organized, comfortable, and productive daily work environment. The orange and green feature walls add energy and visual identity to the otherwise neutral workspace.

The staff break and dining area provides a simple, practical setting where employees can enjoy meals, take short breaks, and interact away from their workstations. The space is furnished with lightweight rectangular tables and matching wood-finish chairs, arranged flexibly to accommodate both individual use and small groups.

This workstation zone uses a warmer, more refined design language to support focused work while preserving visual openness across the office. Each desk is finished in a natural wood-grain laminate and paired with a compact pedestal drawer unit, giving employees convenient personal storage without adding separate filing cabinets.

The modular partitions combine solid dark-gray lower panels with frosted glass upper screens featuring horizontal patterns. This design provides seated privacy and defines each workstation, while allowing daylight and visual connection to flow through the space. Black ergonomic mesh chairs, slim aluminum-framed partitions, and the coordinated wood-tone flooring complete a professional and contemporary workspace for team-based operations.

The meeting room is designed as a professional setting for team discussions, client presentations, and decision-making sessions. A large wood-finish conference table provides ample space for participants, while integrated tabletop power modules support laptops and other meeting equipment. High-back ergonomic mesh chairs provide comfortable seating for extended meetings, and additional visitor chairs along the wall allow the room to accommodate larger groups when required.

This office was planned as a flexible, light-filled workplace that supports everyday operations, learning activities, and management discussions. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring abundant daylight into the space, while the coordinated white, black, green, and wood-tone finishes create a fresh and modern office atmosphere.

The open workstation area uses benching-style desks arranged in efficient team clusters to accommodate a large number of employees without compromising circulation. Each position is equipped with a green acrylic desktop divider for personal space and visual separation, a mobile pedestal for individual storage, and a black task chair for daily use. The low divider design keeps the layout open, supports natural light penetration, and encourages communication between colleagues.

The meeting room features a large executive conference table with ergonomic high-back mesh chairs for management meetings, client discussions, and collaborative planning sessions. Additional visitor chairs along the side provide flexible seating for larger groups, while the full-height windows create a bright and spacious setting with expansive views over Pasay City. The wood-tone tabletop, black chair frames, and warm flooring establish a professional atmosphere that aligns with the office's contemporary design.
