Jointly developed by Xiong'an Group Urban Development Company and Xiong'an Science Park, and supported by Tsinghua University's leading research capabilities, the park has established a “1+6” public R&D platform to accelerate technological advancement. 

Hongye Furniture Group successfully delivered the complete office environment for the park, creating a high-performance, intelligent workspace designed to support cutting-edge research and collaboration.

#Open-Work Area

The staff workspace is designed as the foundational core of daily research and development activities. A minimalist palette of soft grey and white, paired with clean, well-defined lighting, creates a distraction-free environment that supports focused work. The open-plan layout, combined with semi-height partitions, balances efficient collaboration with a sense of individual immersion.

Aligned with the evolving needs of the artificial intelligence industry, the space integrates environmentally conscious materials with intelligent adaptability. It is thoughtfully designed to support a range of functions, including scientific research, academic discussions, and talent training. The private offices provide a quiet, executive setting for focused decision-making and confidential discussions. A restrained palette of light wood, soft grey and black, combined with clean-lined storage and ergonomic task seating, creates a refined yet approachable atmosphere.
