HONGYE has completed 1,000+ commercial projects across corporate, government, education, and healthcare sectors. International project references include a Fortune 500 technology company headquarters in Southeast Asia (1,200 workstations, 78 days), a corporate HQ in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia, 320 workstations), and Walmart Costa Rica office workstations.
Two in-house brands serve different market segments: Juedu for premium solid wood office furniture and Jiangnan for economical panel-based workstations. All products meet BIFMA standards for strength, stability, and safety.
The factory integrates panel processing, metal fabrication, upholstery, and finishing. Products carry 8 certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BIFMA, GREENGUARD, SGS, CE, CARB P2, and FSC. Customization covers dimensions, materials, finishes, and branding.
Customization is central to the business model. Customers can specify dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, upholstery, and branding. Desk panels can be branded with company logos. Fabric colors can be matched to brand guidelines from a RAL or Pantone reference. Special finishes -- chrome, matte black, rose gold -- are available for design-led projects.
German HOMAG edge-banding lines and Italian BACCI five-axis CNC machining centers handle precision work. Quality control runs through every stage -- panel flatness verified with digital calipers, hardware cycle-tested for durability, upholstery stitching inspected under daylight-matched lighting. Finished pieces pass a 12-point checklist before packaging.
The 12-stage project workflow covers pricing, site measurement, design, finishes confirmation, mock-up, production, quality control, final inspection, packaging, logistics, installation, and after-sales support. A professional design team provides creative design ideas and build-ready specifications.
